Loyalty Program

  • Points accumulation: For every RM1 worth of purchase, mori2u member earns 1 point.
  • Points redemption: Points can be redeemed for use in purchases at mori2u.com. The conversion rate is 20 points equivalent to RM1.
  • For example: For 100 points you earned, you will get RM5 discount.
  • The loyalty program is applicable to non-regulatory products  & non-promotional snacks only.
  • There is no expiry date for the redemption until further notice.

Referral Program

  • You can earn 200 points for every successful purchase from your new referee's 1st purchase.
  • Every new member of mori2u.com will get 10% discount with promo code of MORIF10 for the first purchase (except for regulated items)
  • There is no expiry date for the program until further notice.
  • Your friend must apply from the referral link we have given you. If your friend applies from a separate link or applies independently, you will not receive your points.
  • By applying your referral link, your friend will also entitle to 100 points upon his/her first purchase.
  • You must refer a friend who is not a member of mori2u yet.
  • There is no cap on the number of referrals a member can make.
  • If two or more members refer the same candidate, only the first referrer will receive their referral rewards.

Terms and Conditions

  • Loyalty & Referral Program points can only be redeemed at mori2u.com.
  • All employees of OZ Marketing Sdn Bhd are not eligible to the Loyalty & Referral Program.
  • Company reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, cancel or terminate the Loyalty & Referral Program at any time and to modify, vary or change any of the benefits from time to time without prior notice to members, even though the changes might affect the member’s right.
  • In the event where goods redeemed with points are returned as deemed defective, valid receipts have to be presented, and it is subject to terms & conditions of returning goods; points deducted will not be refunded.
  • Discounts are applicable to all products except for regulated items.
  • Company reserves the right to change, add, amend or delete any of the “Terms and Conditions” without prior notice and the member shall be bound by such changes.
  • Points Redemption :
    • With the use of the service, points will be granted through mori2u website. No cash value is endowed upon the points. They cannot be converted into cash or any other forms of money, regardless of the ways through which the points are earned.
    • Points are not deemed as any form of property; hence they are not any property over which you may exercise the full right of possession. The company may, in its sole discretion, adjust the point value or amend relevant provisions relating to points redemption without your prior consent.
  • Reward points are earned and converted to your chosen rewards program in accordance with and subject to the Terms and Conditions.
  • You must not market or promote this offer through paid advertising channels or to the public at large (i.e. on public blog sites, search engines or in sponsored ads).
  • mori2u Loyalty & Referral Program is personal and only member can make related purchase unless otherwise separately communicated.
  • To secure the best possible service in the Loyalty Program, members must keep their contact details up to date on their personal Loyalty Program account page at mori2u.com.
